Justin’s the kind of guy who’s automated so much of his life that even his jokes probably come with a strategic marketing funnel, and if you ask him about work-life balance, he’ll give you a 20-step plan before saying ‘But yes, I do have a life outside of work.’

Selling his company AdSkills for $4.8 million while revolutionizing his business model by creating a ‘knowledge network’ that let him escape being the sole expert, transforming both his income and lifestyle dramatically.

Justin’s life purpose is to empower others to break free from traditional business models by leveraging innovative approaches that scale knowledge networks and smart marketing tactics. He aims to create sustainable wealth for himself and others, emphasizing freedom and creative autonomy.

He believes in the power of smart work over hard work and values scalability through collaboration and technology. He trusts transparency and sharing insider knowledge to uplift his community, showing that success is possible without false bravado or hero-worship. Family time and balance are non-negotiable parts of his value system.

His strengths lie in strategic thinking, a deep understanding of marketing psychology, and the ability to innovate business models that can run autonomously. He’s a natural educator, sharing complex ideas clearly and generously, which builds strong community trust and engagement.

Justin’s candid, no-BS style can sometimes come off as too blunt or intimidating to newcomers. Also, his heavy focus on scaling and outsourcing might alienate followers who value hands-on craftsmanship or personal storytelling.

To grow his audience on X, Justin should leverage Twitter Spaces for live Q&A sessions where he breaks down his unique business models and marketing tactics in real-time. More behind-the-scenes content and personal stories about his journey will deepen emotional connections and attract followers beyond marketers and entrepreneurs.

Fun fact: Justin built a $3 million/year business with just a small team of 3 employees, yet still manages to make it home for dinner every night, proving that entrepreneurship doesn't have to mean a 24/7 grind.

If all I had was $50, and I had to make money quickly, this is what I would do… 1. Open Google maps and search some high end services like CPA, real estate, auto detailer, etc 2. Find the one who has the ugliest website. 3. Open the Replit app and give it this prompt: Build me a 1 page website. I want the navigation menu at the top to say home, about, reviews, services, contact. When the user clicks those menu items it scrolls them down to that section. Use HTML, CSS, and JS for this build. Pull in the reviews from this Google maps profile [link] and also pull information for the about, services, and contact section from their old website here [link]. For the contact section add a Google maps profile from their Google map profile and add their contact information but no contact form. 4. After you pick up your jaw in shock of how good the landing page it built is, make a 2 minute loom video showing off the website. 5. Email the owner of the horrible website you just rebuilt, and send them the loom video link. Don’t say a price yet, just say, let me know if you want it. 6. They’ll ask you how much, and that’s when you mention the price. If you suck at negotiating, just say “pay me whatever you think it’s worth.” But if you’re not actually a sissy, try to get $500. That’s a great deal, $250 ain’t bad either. Even if you only get $100, you’ll be making about $100/hr for the work you did. This is how I used to pay rent in a pinch back when I was a little git. Bonus: If you’re really big brained, you’ll also get them to sign up for hosting through your affiliate link before you install the site for them.

If you’re running Meta ads without Google retargeting… Do you just hate money? Allergic to profit? Here’s how to set it up… Step 1: Install Your Google Ads Tag Log into Google Ads → Tools & Settings → Shared Library → Audience Manager → Your Data Sources → Google Ads Tag. Copy that tag. Paste it on every page of your site (or use Google Tag Manager if you’re not a caveman). Step 2: Build Your Audience Still in Audience Manager → Segments → Create Segment → Website Visitors. Create a segment for “All Visitors” with a 30-day window. Or maybe even just 14 days. That’s your bread and butter. This will make sure anyone who visits your pages within the last 30 days will see your retargeting ads. If you really want to go ninja-mode, create segments for specific pages (pricing page visitors, cart abandoners). These convert like crazy. Step 3: Create a Display Retargeting Campaign New Campaign → Sales or Leads → Display → Standard Display Campaign. Name it “Product Name | Retargeting” Step 4: Target Your Audience In the ad group settings, go to Audiences → Browse → “How they’ve interacted with your business” → Select your website visitor segments. PRO TIP: Remove all the other targeting Google tries to sneak in. You want ONLY your retargeting audience. Step 5: Upload Your Ads Create responsive display ads. Upload your logo, images, headlines, and descriptions. These are a blend of text and image ads. Great because they can morph into many different banner sizes. PRO TIP: Use the same creative style from your Meta ads. Step 6: Set Budget & Launch Start with $10-25/day. Retargeting audiences are small but mighty. Now every person who clicks your Meta ad but doesn’t convert gets followed around the internet by YOUR ads instead of your competitor’s. The whole internet… Not just one social media site. 2 million+ pages!!! If you actually did this, you’re going to thank me in about 3 days from now. In 7 days you’ll be crying about how much money you’ve been leaving on the table by not doing this. Don’t leave money on the table anymore, follow @IMJustinBrooke for more wallet fattening wisdom all year round.

I reversed engineered every skill in digital marketing and then trained my AI on all of them. Here’s how I did it... Oh, and I’m giving away all 84 marketing skill files at the end of this post. This all took place over 5 days. Step 1: The Skill Tree I started by working with @ManusAI because I knew I was going to need their almost infinite context window. My first request was for Manus to create a skill tree starting with the base skills of earned media, paid media, and owned media. Aka paid traffic, free traffic, and your own subscribers. We started cookin up branches and branches of skills from those 3 base skills. Step 2: Teams of Experts I noticed Manus was struggling to think outside of the basics so I started asking it to embody expert after expert. For example: “Embody Neil Patel and critique this skill tree for what’s missing.” “Embody Frank Kern and critique this skill tree for what’s missing.” “Embody Russell Brunson and critique this skill tree for what’s missing.” After I brought in 12-15 virtual experts to critique the skill tree we (me & my pal manus) had over 1900 individual tactics mapped out across 152 unique categories of skills. Step 3: Coworking with Claude At this time Manus hadn’t released their skills feature yet. But Claude had a skill creator skill. First I filled in Claude on the details of the project and the goal. Because context. The other reason for using Claude was because with Claude Desktop in Claude Cowork mode you can work directly with files and folders on your computer. This was key to the organization, context, and memory for this project. Once Claude was up to speed I asked it to remove overlapping skills and tactics. Stuff like SEO for Google vs SEO for Bing. We came up with 84 total skills that would need to be created that would encompass all 1900(ish) individual tactics. For example the media buying and planning skill includes writing headlines, customer personas, keyword research, copywriting etc. And then we locked in… Step 4: Best Practices Ranked For each of the 84 skills I had Claude go into deep research mode and create a report on the best practices for that skill. This means each skill was based on reading no less than 300 articles about that skill. Then I would review the skills with my own 20yrs of experience overlooking what it found. When I felt it was shallow on something I would ask Claude to embody a specific topic expert to enhance that skill. Giving us 84 best practice documents that were extremely thorough, human reviewed, and expert enhanced. Next I sent these docs back to Manus for its wide research mode. Manus can do up to 150 tasks in parallel. Essentially running 150 prompts at once. I told Manus to rank every tactic in these best practice reports from S-tier (always do) to D-tier (never do). This created huge context and rulings that would be necessary for our final skill files. Step 5: Creating Skill Files Back to Claude. One by one I asked Claude to use the skill creator skill with my best practice reports and the S-tier rankings. My wife kept the coffee flowing while I grinded these out. For some like the long form sales letters skill I even included examples as reference files. And then I loaded all 84 skills onto a directory I vibe coded into my website. All 84 of these skills + an 85th I’m working on are available for free. Just comment “skills” and I’ll DM you the link. Can’t post it because algo will throttle this post. Bookmark this so you have a recipe for creating your own skills too. Follow @IMJustinBrooke for more wallets fattening tips on using AI for marketing.

This prompt may have just made me my next milly. I know Fraser was making a joke, but knowing how LLMs work under the hood I low key thought it was brilliant. Here’s why… You’ve probably heard of telling AI to pretend to be a world class copywriter or write like Dan Kennedy etc. The reason that works is because LLMs are designed from the training level to be context machines. They don’t even really understand your words. They convert them to vectors and using the vectors is counted in tokens. Weird… I know… but stick with me. When his prompt said “Greatest ad creative mind alive” I know the machine (LLM) is thinking “Do your absolute best, like full capabilities of your training, when creating ad creative.” The added context of making people weep = make it highly emotional and use visceral language. Buy immediately = make it compelling Tattoo our logo = make us unique and lovable. So I went for it… I cleaned up the prompt a tiny bit to make sense for my business and offer first. Here’s the prompt: Embody the greatest ad creative mind alive. Write me a script for AgentSkills about using synthetic audiences to increase your marketing ROI so powerful it makes people weep, buy immediately, and tattoo our logo on their body. You have full creative agency on how this is deployed. Budget is $3000. The angle it came up with is one of the best angles I’ve ever seen. Better than any I’ve run, and I’ve been doing this for 20yrs. It’s an agora level angel, if you understand that context. No, I’m not going to share it here for every funnel hacking amateur to botch up before I get my VSL live. But… Trust me, you’ll see it soon. This is way too good not to use. I suggest you try the prompt yourself. Just make sure to use Claude Opus 4.6, Manus, or Kimi K2.5. Just use something that’s actually good as in not ChatGPT or some free AI account. Thanks @sourfraser, I’ll send you 1% of whatever it earns me.

🤣😂🤣😂 @ManusAI just clowned the entire AI industry again... First, they had an agentic browser a YEAR ago. Now, while all the other "catch up" companies are launching their agentic browsers - Manus just launched a Chrome extension that turns any browser agentic! Since all these new browsers are all built off the Chromium code base (Edge copilot, ChatGPT atlas, Perplexity comet, Opera neon) this means Manus can be used on all of them. Being a Manus user is like living next door to Santa Clause and getting presents all year long.

If I needed to make $10,000 a month and I had… … 0 followers … 0 email list … 0 clients … $0 Here's exactly what I'd do: 1. Scroll FB and pay attention to the ads, put the brand names in a spreadsheet til you have 100. 2. Look up their websites and add them in the next column. 3. Now, check Google to see if they have any ads running for keywords related to their product. The trick here is you want brands that are running FB ads, but not Google ads. Free trial account to SEMRush, can speed this up A LOT! Why Google ads? Because they don’t require any images or videos. Just headline and description, which ChatGPT can write for you. 4. Now here’s the pitch… Subj: This your FB ad??? “Hey [Name], I saw this FB ad in my feed, looks like it might be yours… [screenshot] The ads great, no problem there, but then I didn’t see any Google ads? You’re missing out on customers searching for… “[insert relevant keyword]” These are people searching for exactly what you already offer. I could set this up for you in under 24hrs, and if it makes no sales - pay me nothing. I’ll be waiting for your reply… [signature]” 5. You need to send this to at least 20 people to get 1 yes. You might need to look up their brand on LinkedIn to find name of their marketing guy. Hunter .io will get you the email address. Real ones will send this to 100 people. Out of 100, you only need 4 to say yes. That’s only a 4% close rate, rookie salesmen close 10%. Why 4, because entry level ad buyer (media buyer) makes $60k to $80k a year (says Indeed .com and PayScale .com) which is $5k/mo+ You’re only going to charge $2,500, that’s half the cost for them to hire someone in house. Not counting insurance, benefits, and office coffee 😆 6. If you don’t know how to setup Google ads, we have tutorials on this inside Adskills. Or just ask ChatGPT, it can walk you through it step by step. I’ve trained over 2,000 freelance advertisers on this method. I’ve made hundreds of them 6 figure earners and a few dozen became millionaires. This absolutely works. But!!! It works much better if you strategically choose brands where 1-2 customers makes them what you charge. If they sell lipstick, they have to sell hundreds to re-coup your cost. But if they sell coaching, or cars, or high end services then they only need a handful of customers to pay for your fee. That’s what makes this an easy sale, so don’t try to do this for restaurants, pizza shops, t-shirt sellers. Focus on that high end business, who can easily afford you. PRO TIP: Rookies charge a flat monthly fee, and that’s ok. But the real pros charge % ad spend. I once had a client spending $65,000/day on ads. I was charging them 1.5% of that, that’s $975/day for me.

CRITICAL MESSAGE: We are at the inflection point… I stumbled onto some research when I was asking Manus to give me gaps and trends in my industry. The info Manus was giving me was so stark, so alarming, that I had to go verify it myself… The data point Manus dug up was that 95% of agency work can now be automated. If this was true THOUSANDS of my customers are in trouble and don’t even know it. So I started testing it myself. 1. Could I automate ad creation? Yes, and I did. 2. Could I automate analyzing ad campaign data for wins, losses, and next steps? Yes, and I did. 3. Could I automate landing page conversion optimization? Frick… yes… this is getting worrisome. 4. But could I automate logging into Google ads or META ads, pull the campaign data, analyze, recommend new ads, push new ads into the account, and pause under performers? I have NOT (yet), but I’ve figured out how by connecting two MCPs with a MindStudio agent. All that stands between me automating the entire workload of an agency is learning how to connect MCPs to my campaign manager agent. If you think I’m smoking some funny stuff, you’re a fool. Right now clients are beginning to detect that if you are using AI they can use AI. Right now, today, even yesterday, guys are making $15,000+ setting up AI systems for your clients that replace them needing you. If you resist this, the next 18mos is going to get harder and harder until you are eventually made a commodity. Some agencies will still exist. iPhone didn’t replace EVERY photographer- but the industry hasn’t been the same since. You can either try to hold on to a dead and dying model like the newspapers are now. Or… You can join the absolute gold rush of our generation happening right under your feet. Right now, selling AI agents and AI automations is a gravy train. It’s the most in demand product and service of the year for B2B. Little guys who have no right to be working with Fortune 500’s are landing whales for clients just because it’s that hot. Your choice. Resist, hang on, deny. Or make a small pivot and scoop buckets of gold while you can. When will you finally catch one of these waves, instead of let it pass you by out of fear? Comment “I’m in” if you want me to send you a DM showing you the automations I’ve built and how you can use what I’ve built for your clients. You don’t even need to learn how to build automations or agents, I’ve already built them. You can use mine until you’re capable of creating your own.
